We've been a business owner for over a decade — from running a million-dollar life insurance agency to exploring real estate, rental properties, and Airbnbs. Together with my longtime business partner Renee, RN — a nurse with over 20 years of clinical experience, an incredible eye for detail, and the heart of a true caregiver — we turned one rental property into a thriving residential care home. Renee played a key role in designing systems that center compassion, safety, and operational excellence. Her nursing background and decorating skills helped us create a home that’s not only compliant and functional — but warm, dignified, and truly feels like home.
